It's true -- autothings are GUARANTEED to
be 100% cool or your money back! If you receive something
and don't like it for any reason (and we mean any),
simply return the new, unopened item within 15 days of your receipt date and we'll refund the
purchase price less applicable fees.
If
the exchange or return of an
item in question is due to a shipping mistake on behalf of
autothing.com, we will pay for all shipping costs (Ground or
Priority) to make certain you are completely satisfied with your
purchase and our customer service. Just another autothing
found nowhere else!
Unopened // Unused
Item - 15 Days - Product Refund
All unopened and
unused returns within 15 days of your receipt date will be given
a refund less1.2.3.
After this period, you cannot return the unopened and unused
item for any reason excluding a product defect, in which case a
product exchange will be honored for the identical item.
Defective
Item - 30 Days - Exchange Only
If the item you ordered
becomes defective within the first 30 days of receipt (and thus has been
opened/used), you may return it for EXCHANGE ONLY, since this is the
only way any manufacturer will honor their given warranties on product
liability. You must send us the defective item first in order to receive
the replacement, but we may occasionally request digital photos of any
damage in lieu of the item(s).

Other than the occasional
manufacturing issue, all sales are considered
final. This is the case simply because manufacturers do not take back
opened and/or used items.
1FOR ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Please email autothing.com your return or exchange request,
which should include your name, product information, order number (found
on invoice), and if possible, a reason for the product exchange or return.
We will send you an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) in
order to
initiate the return or exchange. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a valid
RMA# and RMA#'s are valid for nine (9) days after issuance.
If you are returning because of a mistake on our part, we
will reimburse the entire return S&H cost at no expense to yourself. But (you knew
one was coming), if you are exchanging or returning because of
any other issue, you must pay the S&H charge to ship the item(s)
to autothing.com, including the S&H for defective products. We
highly suggest that you purchase Insurance and any form of Delivery
Confirmation because we cannot be held liable if the
return never gets to us OR does and is damaged. You may find our

Contact Addresses page. Please note that all shipping and
handling fees are nonrefundable due to their service nature. We require
that you use the United States Postal Service, as UPS and FedEx
will NOT deliver to our commercial PO Box.
